I sold my first photograph in 1984 when I was 15 and have been taking and selling images ever since - albeit with a break in my late teens and early twenties when "a proper job", women and the product of fermented hops momentarily diverted my attention.

Having seen the light I turned professional in 2004 and have worked hard to establish myself as a commercial location photographer, whatever the subject or genre, the majority of my work is location based. Tourism photography represents a significant part of my commercial work - I am a contracted supplier of photography to various tourist organizations including Visit Britain and the Northern Ireland Tourist Board. I supply travel and landscape images to a number of image libraries including the Travel Library, Britain on View and Alamy.

Born in Chester, England but now living near Belfast, Northern Ireland I concentrate on commercial, landscape and travel photography and have been published in print in the UK and internationally as well as on the Internet. I have traveled in and photographed a wide range of countries around the world including New Zealand, Cambodia, Cuba, Australia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Fiji, Canada, the UK and Europe. My future plans involve keeping on doing what I'm doing and to see and photograph more of the world.
